What vmCargar does

vmCargar is an application to configure the electric vehicle chargers of VerdeMobility after they come off the production line.

It uses WiFi Access Point communication to configure freshly produced hardware boards used in EV chargers, so they're fully calibrated inside the production warehouse before being shipped out to the customer in the field.

Since April 2023 I've managed this application single-handedly — maintaining existing features and building new ones — while working alongside separate hardware and firmware teams.

Why it works

Talks directly to boards over WiFi AP — no internet or cloud needed on the factory floor.

Calibrates and validates hardware before it ever leaves the warehouse.
