PropMaintain is a cost-effective property maintenance platform connecting estate and property managers with certified local tradespeople, designed for the UK leasehold industry.
It streamlines the entire maintenance process — from job creation and quoting to sign-off and payment. Agencies can post jobs, compare quotes, track progress, and stay compliant with CIS and VAT regulations, all in one app.
Local tradespeople can accept jobs, upload photos, and get paid securely via Stripe. I worked on the Management role application — the agency side of the platform — while a senior iOS developer built the tradesperson-facing User app.
Side-by-side quote comparison makes choosing a tradesperson fast and transparent.
Location-based filtering and geo markers match jobs to nearby tradespeople.
SSL pinning, root/jailbreak detection, and biometric lock protect job and payment data.
Joined as part of the mobile application team, working under a senior iOS developer, on this client project starting May 2025.
Owned the Management role application, while the senior developer built the User (tradesperson) role app.
Worked on the Figma design of the user interface early in the project.
Built bidding, location marking, and data filtering by geo-position and other criteria.
Integrated MQTT and SignalR for real-time updates.
Implemented security features including root/jailbreak detection and SSL pinning to prevent data tampering.
Built video player, signature capture, and biometric login functionality.
