AutoFina is the digital version of an installment collection system, built for Auto Gallery in Petlad.
The business needed a digital handheld system for their field employees who collect remaining installments or penalties from customers. AutoFina shows the collector the remaining EMI calculation and any penalty incurred, right there during the visit.
The collector takes the cash payment and registers it with the customer's signature. The submission also captures the location in the background, so the business owner can confirm the collection genuinely happened on site rather than being logged from anywhere.
