01

What AirWithMe does

AirWithMe is a crowd-shipping mediator platform. It connects and helps crowd-shippers move goods across the world without the cost of formal courier services.

If someone wants to buy a product from another country but the shipping fees make it impractical, they post a request on the app. Someone already travelling that route can pick it up, carry it along, and deliver it — turning an ordinary trip into a small side income.

The requester saves money on shipping. The traveller earns something extra while doing what they were already going to do: travel.

Why it works

Removes the middleman — real people fill the gap couriers charge a premium for.

Trips that were already happening become useful — no extra travel required.

In-app chat and maps keep both sides coordinated end to end.

What I worked on

01

Received only the client's requirements — built the entire project from scratch and managed it solo, end to end.

02

Designed and built the MySQL database schema, and wrote all backend APIs in PHP.

03

Designed the application's user interface from the ground up and implemented it in the Android codebase.

04

Designed custom icons and interface elements in Photoshop.

05

Implemented Firebase Cloud Functions independently, written in TypeScript.
